Virus and Malware Cleanup
We utilize a variety of products that are designed to cleanup viruses and other malware. Most of these products are designed for professional use only, however we do recommend the use of Malwarebytes for both cleanup and general maintenance along with a regular anti-virus. If you are directed to a different website you SHOULD NOT proceed with the download, please contact us for assistance. Once you click on there Download link you may be redirected to a different site, please follow the instructions carefully and DO NOT click on any of the advertisements.
If Malwarebytes will not install, will not start after being installed, or mysteriously disappears from your computer after installed you have a serious infection and should contact us for further assistance. Before running a scan you should also update Malwarebytes. If the update results in an error you are likely infected, run a full scan then attempt to update again, followed by a second full scan. Attempt to update Malwarebytes one final time, if the update fails you may have a more serious infection that will require more than Malwarebytes for removal.
